  Stop there today and took a hike around the pond it is basically an out-and-back but it does take you in a slight little loop. The pain was very mucky and filled with a lot of sea weed. There is a parking lot that you can park in. You can also fish this pain because I saw other people fishing in. I also did see a lot of frogs when I was here it's a cute little trailer if you're looking to get out just for a short little walk.

  Nice quiet area. Usually not busy. Ideal for a kayak or canoe and some fishing, no swimming allowed. The trails are underwhelming if you're looking for a sizable hike. Cool island in the middle.

  Nice park. Easy access to the boat ramp. If you like bluegill fishing the dam is terrific. It's a shallow pond with lots of lilly pads. I've seen some good size bass taken here too.
