(June 21, 2023, 3:03 pm)I had a smooth experience purchasing a used car at Mohegan Lake Volkswagen. The car was as advertised. There were no silly hidden fees. I’m not a haggle-type guy but I made an offer and Anthony worked with me in a no stress comfortable interaction. I was able drive away in the car the same day with plates on the car and temporary registration pending final registration in the mail (so no dmv, they set up in house). Lastly, I drove-in in a rental and when I dropped it off at a local enterprise I had issues getting an Uber back to the dealer but my salesperson Anthony called to see where I was and actually came to pick me up and gave me a ride back to the dealer. I drove-in from Manhattan and I’m glad I drove out there because things out here weren’t looking promising on this side of town. Highly recommended

From the moment we walked in the vibe was relaxed and upbeat. Lucas came up and introduced himself and put us at ease right away. We ended up with a much better car for a much better price than the previous dealership. Lucas was honest, attentive and responded to all of my questions and needs quickly. I would absolutely buy another car here and use Lucas as my salesman!

I never got a sense that Karla was pushing me to make a purchase. She listened to what we were interested in and helped guide us through the process with the utmost professionalism.
My wife and I had a bit of a unique situation that presented some challenges. However, both Karla and Christina kept us comfortable and resolved any and all hurdles we had to go over.
Amazing experience, would recommend Mohegan Lake Audi / VW to anyone in the market for a VW.
