(June 22, 2023, 5:52 pm)Service was timely and everyone was very nice but when we looked under the hood when we came home, we noticed an old mouse nest right next to the motor. Given that they were doing a full service one would think they would’ve blown that out with a compressor. It doesn’t inspire much confidence to think they either ignored it or maybe worse didn’t see it, since it was right in the spot where they were working.

(May 22, 2023, 4:49 pm)As usual my experience was wonderful. Dropped off my car and was advised by Phil that it was ready. When I went to pick it up, he was ready with all of the paperwork. My car was readily available and, as usual Phil came out with me to make sure that my car was ready for me to drive out. He reviewed what was done and was, as always most pleasant. It is always nice when I come in that I am addressed by my name. I always appreciate that. It sends a warm message that you are not just another customer but part of the Subaru family.

(May 18, 2023, 5:00 pm)I had a great buying experience a few years back buying our Forester. Mark totally took care of me and my mother. I got a very fair price (no other dealer would match it). Delivery service was top notch. Mark even annotated the manual. Anyway, three and half years later our Subbie had an issue. A bit surprised, we took it in and Joshua totally took care of it. Subaru and Curry totally backed up their product. The repair work was top notch. Joshua was very straight forward with the facts and listened to all of my concerns. All of them were completely addressed. The Curry staff took what could have been a very negative experience and made it very easy and pleasurable.

I came to the dealership with a very specific checklist of features I was looking for in a new car and Carmine was very patient as we explored all the options available within my budget. He truly took the time to make sure that all my expectations were met. I was so pleased with my experience that I suggested my mother come to the dealership with me for my test drive and we both ended up walking away with new cars. Carmine has also been wonderful in answering any questions I have had since picking up my new car. Thanks to Carmine and his team, this has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend working with Carmine!
