  I have been taking Michelle's classes for two years now and followed her from my previous gym. I finally decided to train with her and go on a meal plan as well. I am so glad I decided to work with Michelle. Her guidance, workouts, meal plan the care she gives, making sure your form is always correct. Everything that a Trainer should do for their clients she does and more! She is the best and I will be forever grateful for her helping me reach my fitness goals. We have been training together since the beginning of the year and I cannot wait to see what the next 6 months brings.

  Highly recommend hosting your children’s next birthday party here with Michelle!! She was incredible & the attention to detail was amazing!! Thank you so much for making my sons (Two Infinity and Beyond) 2nd birthday such a success!! Every parent who came called me raving about the atmosphere and welcoming feeling they received when they first walked in! We will definitely be celebrating many more with @missionkids_lakegrove

  Mission Fit LI is a phenomenal fitness club. Chris and Michelle are exceptional at what they do and truly care about each of their clients' fitness goals and successes. They are kind, encouraging and welcoming to all. Michelle's classes keep your heart rate up all while having the best time and Chris' expertise and encouragement keeps you engaged and motivated while you reach and surpass your fitness goals!

  Words cannot express how thankful I am that this place exists. I’ve been training with Chris for a few weeks now and I must say he is exceptional, hands down the best trainer I have ever had (and I’ve had my share). The work outs are tough but so rewarding. I feel that Chris truly cares about my progress and what I want to achieve. I’m looking forward to taking one of Michelle’s classes, who has personally reached out to me to welcome me to the gym. Highly highly recommend, my love for fitness and exercise has been awakened again.
