It’s not a kid with a bad attitude like in a big box store. It’s usually a family member that could probably make keys before they could do their A B C ‘s. In addition, Walter is a wealth of knowledge on so many things. Very interesting guy to speak with. Thank you for your dedication Minkel family, I will never go anywhere else.
