  Dr Jeff feels like an old friend. He wants to know how your previous adjustments worked out. He and his staff remain available and flexible in order to help you best and they are all so kind and attentive. I love how he uses different techniques each time I come and he adjusts his approach depending on what my body needs. I always feel like my needs are addressed with him! Highly recommend!

  Dr. Jeff is the best! I am so glad I found him. He takes the time to get to know you and not just the ailments. He educates you as you go to allow you to make informed decisions but also learn how to avoid injury. His staff is incredibly kind and great to work with as well! I can not recommend Mind Over Matter Chiropractic enough.

  I grew up with chiropractic care and have never had a chiropractor like Dr. Jeff! His approach is so much more methodical and thorough than anything I've experienced before--starting with my first hour-long intake visit and x-ray to each individualized session. Dr. Jeff always listens to me, assesses me personally and then explains each adjustment that he's going to make (and why). In just twelve visits, the range of motion I have in my neck is exponentially improved. Additionally, his office is bright, clean, modern and comfortable--very welcoming. I highly recommend Mind Over Matter Chiropractic!

  Dr. Jeff is an amazing provider who takes the time to get to know each patient so he can offer high quality, personalized care. I was hopeful, after a thorough initial evaluation, that he could help me manage minor spinal dysfunction / scoliosis because he took the time to understand my specific issues. He has! I see him regularly to maintain proper alignment and pop in when the occasional flare-up occurs. The office staff are also accommodating and friendly.

  Dr. Jeff is a saint! He has helped me with severe back pain after my first pregnancy that had me stuck on the ground if I laid down and again throughout my entire second pregnancy. My second pregnancy was so much smoother and my recovery was flawless thanks to Jeff! He has even adjusted my youngest daughter at 4 weeks old from trauma from birth. Not only does he know his stuff but he’s a great guy who actually cares to help you and get to know you as a person, not just a number. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
