  Christine and Dylan were great. They were respectful and pleasant to deal with. The service was fast…overall great experience. I drove from Brooklyn NY and will do it again next time I need service, or when I want to trade in my CRV! Thanks!!

  This was my first time ever having a service done to my car, as I am a new driver, and everyone there was so polite and explained everything to me so well. I ended up staying and waiting the 2 hours it took to fix my issue (my start button was taking a few tries to start), and they were awesome in recommending me their shuttle service to go to the mall while they worked. It's now been a few days since I was in, and I haven't had a single issue with my start button since!

  My service advisor Shane is always very attentive, He listens to me and addresses any issues that I have with my vehicles. The wait is relatively short and he gives me periodic updates while I’m waiting. I am very pleased with the service and the service advisor. I am happy with my Honda experience.

  After a not-so-good experience at a neighboring Honda dealer, I decided to try Middletown! It was amazing from the moment I drove up. My appointment was at 8am. I arrived at 740am and saw six cars in front of me. Just before 8am, they opened two doors and within seconds, all six owners were being checked in at once! The waiting room is amazing. I'll never go back to the, other dealer! This was just for an oil change.

  I can not stress enough how wonderful the service is at Middletown Honda. Osei and Carlos are just top notch! They were super patient with me and even though I asked a million questions, they stayed attentive and friendly. Ryan from delivery was very thorough while showing me the ins and out of my car and helped me adjust the settings to how I like. The whole process from start to finish was great!! I highly recommend going to Middletown Honda when looking for a car! 💯💯
