  My 2008 LS460 car had both bumpers replaced and came out looking like a new car. So glad Lexus in Glen Cove recommended this repair shop. Not only was the work done to perfection, but the entire staff was so helpful. One of the girls came out to my car and set up my phone and navigation system. Highly recommend his repair shop.

  When dealing with car repair, Mid Island Collision is efficient, professional, and caring. I’ve brought my car to a few different shops before but Mid Island did it the best. My car handle broke and the part came in fast and Mid Island was easy to deal with the whole way. I highly recommend their services to all!

  Hands down the best body shop you will ever find. Highly recommend Mid Island Collision Carle Place. The service and work is excellent. Brian, Emil, Greg, Julia & Amanda treat you like family. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I am very pleased with the work that was done to my truck. I will always recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Mid Island :)

  My car was hit in front of my house and had a lot of damage to the back. Dealt with Greg and the whole process was smooth and great. He dealt with my insurance company and the work that the shop did was excellent. Would highly recommend. Also to note that they have a text message service you can sign up for that will send updates about your car. I thought it was very useful and informative.

  My wife was involved in a car accident in her brand new car a few months ago. When I asked my dealer who I should take it to for repairs they had only one referral in mind: Mid Island Collision. From intake to final pickup, the entire team were equally delightful and helpful. From the moment I called, they were able to arrange for a tow, log the vehicle into their system and interact with my insurance to get the adjuster what they needed to make a swift decision. What was pleasantly unexpected were the frequent updates on each stage of the process. We received text messages every time the car was undergoing another step in the repair process - something that completely put us at ease. When I did make my few calls to see how things were going, our rep Greg Sbrocchi couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable etc. He was also the one who walked me through and made easy all of the paperwork to get things in motion as well simplifying the pickup process . All along the way, Greg was responsive, courteous and always knew exactly what was going on. I haven't had much experience with auto repair, but I have heard horror stories. My wife and I, our experience was more of a Disney story and we couldn't be happier with our end result: our car back in our possession as if nothing ever happened!
