I had a small misunderstanding regarding my purchase, but the staff member I spoke with was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to correct the issue.
Not only was she quick to acknowledge my concern, but she also took the time to listen to my concerns and promptly resolved the issue. It is rare to find such personalized attention and care in today's fast-paced world, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding customer service I received at Michaels Jewelry. -

She is a prime example of kind, courteous n knowledgeable quality customer service. She listened well n responded with excellent choices on what we eventually purchased.
