  I have nothing but the best to say to anyone who chooses to work with Mike Kaplan! Truly! Not only did he find me a house but through the process he gave me his honest and professional advice throughout the entire process. Honest man and honesty goes a very long way with me. Even if I liked something or hated something he told me pros and cons of it all. Gave me things to think about and consider. Every question I ever asked he answered. I whole heartedly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell. When the time comes for me to sell he will absolutely be the person I call.

  Michael Kaplan is hands down the absolute best Realitor I have ever dealt with (and my family has went through about 5 before we were lucky enough to find Michael). He is attentive, honest, proactive and knowledgeable! Never a call or text left unanswered even while away on business in another state! Truly a hardworking individual who values what he does and his clients! Can’t say enough good things about him!

  Michael Kaplan is a consummate professional with impeccable ethics and a thorough working knowledge of his industry. We interviewed three realtors who all had five star Google ratings and Michael was far and away the leader in every respect.
  
  Michael was decisive about setting the correct and realistic price then did a beautiful job of promoting our property. He worked very hard to bring people through by doing two open houses and networking with his fellow realtors, all of whom expressed great respect for Michael. He told us "all the action is in the first two weeks and you want to create as much excitement as possible".
  
  The house sold within sixty days of listing and Michael didn't turn his back and walk away waiting to collect his commission. He walked us through every step of the transaction using good solid communication along with advice and reminders of any upcoming due dates. He even referred us to the incredible attorney we used for the transaction.
  
  It was a great pleasure to work with Michael Kaplan and he will always stand out in our hearts and minds as a trusted friend and colleague.

  We have done 2 real estate transactions with Mike (selling a home in 2011 and buying a home in 2016) and both experiences were great. We have high expectations for service and Mike met them all, both times. Mike is highly knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Additionally, Mike is trustworthy and puts emphasis on doing the right thing by his clients. The mortgage experience is not a fun one these days, so we have no intentions of moving again any time soon, but if you do, Mike is our guy. We would highly recommend Mike to any family or friend buying or selling a home. Mike is great.

  Michael was phenomenal. He was extremely helpful during every step of the process from evaluating the home to navigating the negotiation. We had a clear idea of what we wanted, and he fully supported us in taking our time to find it. In all our dealings, he was patient, kind, helpful and responsive. When we found the right house, Michael went above and beyond in helping us move quickly since the house clearly was not going to be on the market long. His guidance and responsiveness made the difference! I could not ask for a better agent!
