(August 10, 2023, 4:09 pm)Trying to change over my home and auto policies got a little confusing since initially I communicated with one agent and got handed off to another. I had questions that were not initially answered and after 2 iterations of trying to complete the application, things got worked out. I am not happy with the payment arrangement... I always pay in full and usually by check. They would not accept a check even though the effective dates of the policies are in the future well after a check would have cleared. I avoid giving out my account information for obvious reasons... I don't know whose handling that information and guard my privacy intensely. But, the experience overall has been a positive one. Staff is friendly and responsive.

We were able to move all of our policies (homeowners, car and renters insurance) over to them. They have saved us hundreds of dollars. They are a pleasure to work with, and they are always prompt. Our agent Tracy is a total pro and takes wonderful care of us. She goes above and beyond. I cannot recommend their services enough.
