  Bob conducted two separate home inspections for me. I am most grateful for his expertise. The first home I was planning to purchase had many issues, and if it had not been for his inspection, I would have bought a home that clearly was not manageable for me. The second home he inspected for me will be the home I purchase (in process). He is professional, kind, and thorough. Despite the cold rain, he spent hours inspecting every detail of the home I am purchasing. His inspection report was clear and concise. I knew shortly after meeting with him that he was an inspector in whom I could place my trust. He took his time, answered all of my questions, offered suggestions freely, and quickly presented me with the inspection report. Although his schedule was busy, he was able to inspect the home before my deadline. It was critical to me that I have a knowledgeable and honest inspector and I found these attributes in Bob. I feel confident in the home I am purchasing with much gratitude to Bob. In this day and age when there are some shifty characters, I feel so fortunate to have found an honest and reliable home inspector. I highly recommend Bob without any hesitation. Thank you.

  Service was excellent and highly professional. We used Hudson in connection with home purchase. When issues came up after inspection, Bob was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

  Bob conducted a very thorough inspection of our home prior to purchase, and he spent a significant amount of time answering our questions and ensuring that we had answers to all of our inquiries about the property. He also took care to point out areas where we'd want to consider maintenance work, and has continued to be helpful and responsive after the inspection was completed. Would highly recommend his home inspection company to anyone in Greene or Columbia County (or elsewhere in the area).

  We contacted Bob on Friday. He scheduled us for Monday 4pm and he was right on time. Bob sat down with us. Shared some information about Radon and answered all our questions. He then set the test up and said he would be back in a couple days to pick them up. If you haven't had your home tested for Radon, give Bob a call.
