  The burrata appetizer was good but needed more eggplant and maybe a balsamic reduction for sweetness. The crispy prosciutto is so crispy but it looses some of the delicious flavor of prosciutto. The burrata itself was tasty. Came here specifically for the chicken parm raviolis. They were indeed delicious and very rich. I would probably get them again but maybe as an appetizer to share (however this would likely be way over my budget for a regular dinner out). As an entree they just didn't have enough protein in them to actually fill me up for more than a half hour after eating. The linguini with clam sauce and shrimp was said to be very good. Service was excellent, your water will not even be close to empty at any time! Would maybe come back for a special occasion as prices are a bit high.

  One of the best “hidden gems” in Oceanside. Great Italian dishes. Everything is delicious. Fantastic service and a good local restaurant to eat or have cocktails at the bar.

  My husband and I hosted our son's first birthday at Meta last Saturday without ever trying the restaurant. I can't begin to express how much we loved everything about them!! Roberto, the owner, was a pleasure to work with from day 1. He was extremely accommodating and reassuring that everything would be perfect.
  
  The food was outstanding and the services was great! I don't recall the names of the gentlemen that worked the party, but they were very attentive to myself and all the guests. Everything went without a glitch.
  
  I cannot wait to go back!

  This place is lovely.
  It's super small and intimate.
  The food is wonderful.
  The little neck clams were flavorful and crunchy.
  The rice balls were tasty and creamy.
  There could have been more veal parm on the plate but still tender and tasty. Loved the sauce.
  Pop Pop's Pasta was awesome! Just the right blend of flavors and the garlic & oil has been perfected. Idk the base for the meatballs but the raisin and pine nut are virtually undetectable! 😋
