  I have been suffering from chronic pain and migraines for many years and started going to Messina Acupuncture in 2019. Dan is kind, compassionate and caring. He listens attentively to your needs to give you the best treatment with the quickest relief. Dan has gone out of his way to help me when I was feeling so uncomfortable. It's someone like him that can make the world of difference for someone like myself who suffers daily and I'm very grateful. I have to mention that his mom Betsey is his office manager and she is amazing and on top everything. They have a wonderful practice because they care about every one of their patients. They have a beautiful new location that is very zen offering a relaxing environment. I look forward to every visit and highly recommend!

  While working I pulled a muscle in my back and was extremely uncomfortable for over a week. I went to my doctor and he prescribed me muscle relaxers which made me feel drowsy and I couldn't take them while at work. I called and made an appointment with Dan at Messina Acupuncture. Betsey his receptionist was very kind and worked with my schedule to get me in quickly. I was feeling better after my first visit which was great. I've never tried something like this before so it was new to me and Dan made sure I was aware of everything that he was doing. His professional manner and precise techniques made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole visit. I was back a week later for a follow up and he explained how I can prevent injuries like this one in the future as well as some stretching I can do to help with general soreness I've felt in the past. I am beyond satisfied with his work and to this day I tell anyone who is in pain to go and see Dan. Thank you again Messina Acupuncture!

  I have been with Messina Acupuncture for 2 years. Dan has exceeded my expectations and is absolutely the best pain specialist I have ever been to. I have been to physical therapy, chiropractors and acupuncturists many times with sports injuries and no one has even come close to what I have experienced at Messina Acupuncture. Dan is extremely knowledgeable of the mechanics of the human body and thorough with his methods of pressure treatment and needling which results in immediate relief. Dan is highly professional as well as very personable and he always goes above and beyond with my rehabilitation.

  Daniel is, by far, the most trusted, friendliest, and most professional practitioner in the field of holistic sports medicine. Before beginning my treatment with Messina Acupuncture, I spent many years going to physical therapists and chiropractors all over Long Island in hopes of healing a very stubborn chronic shoulder injury. Within the first 2 treatment sessions with Daniel, my shoulder began to heal and my strength was returning. It was nothing short of amazing. Daniel is brilliantly dedicated to his craft and it shows.
  
  Messina Acupuncture is more than the best therapy for your body to currently exist, it is also an incredibly safe and comfortable way to relieve stress. I discovered aches and pains I never knew I had as they were melting away from head to toe.

  Daniel and Tiffany are absolutely amazing. They have been helping me now for the last couple of months.
  Walking in for the 1st time I was extremely skeptical if this would help with my injury, after trying physical therapy and Chiropractic care. Right after the 1st visit I felt so much better and a lot of pressure was released from my neck. If you are on the fence About trying acupuncture, don't be.
  I am so happy that I have met Daniel, He is extremely professional and very caring.
