I have been a Mercedes owner for 25+ years and have purchased from a few different dealers. After an exhaustive and frankly disappointing search for the right vehicle and the right deal, I was fortunate enough to be connected with Doug Wells and Ahmed Abdeldayem and I cannot express strongly enough how incredible my experience was. Dealing with Mercedes, you expect a certain level of service but the attention and care I was shown far exceeded expectations and was truly above and beyond every standard, especially compared the dealers I had dealt with prior. He immediately got the keys and drove that baby right out showroom for a test drive. He went over the vehicle and answered all my questions. Mr. Tom Cola is knowledgeable, patient, and made the process easy.
