  My sister's and I searched for a reputable business to help us rectify a long overdue etching for my Grandmother's headstone. After some research from 20 local businesses in the area, my sister's and I agreed to hire Memorial Arts of Ridgewood based on a large quantity of positive feedback online, the positive communication and professionalism exhibited during our conversation with staff, in addition to the quote and time table for the etching required. The process was delayed, at no fault of their own; supply shortages from overseas proprietary raw materials. Over-coming this challenge, and racing against the clock to complete our request prior to the winter season / weather approaching, their representatives did an excellent job in completing our request. Their quote was very fair when compared to other similar businesses; some of which we were very leary in hiring due to the unbelievably low pricing, and poor reviews. Overall, we are very happy and appreciative toward everything that the staff at Memorial Arts did for us. My only constructive criticism would involve communication on completion of our order. I'm unfortunately in another state and unable to verify that the etching was completed. I needed to contact the office several times to obtain a status, and then the cemetery to obtain a photo of completion. Would have been nice if there was a system in place where the technician completing the work could notify the main office of completion; then triggering something to be submitted to the customer. Again, great job overall; thank you for all of your support and assistance!

  Memorial Arts of Ridgewood was great to work with. Leeanne Mainenti was extremely kind, respectful and helpful. They took such great care of us during this difficult process for us, and were very responsive to our needs. They found us an Armenian cross emblem to put on dad's memorial stone which was very important to us. We would recommend Memorial Arts of Ridgewood to anyone in need.   My mother, sister and I worked with Leeanne and Memorial Arts of Ridgewood in choosing and designing a marker for my aunt. They made the entire process easy and were extremely helpful, professional and patient with our questions. They had the marker design emailed to us quickly, the marker manufactured in a timely manner-despite supply chain delays! and even interfaced with the cemetery for us. Top notch professionals and I would definitely recommend them.

  Death of a family member is unpleasant and unsettling...the more reason the survivors need funeral and burial services--including memorials--befitting professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. MEmorial Arts of Ridgewood were courteous, helpful,professional and attentive to the family's needs and wishes. They were helpful with the planning and configuration of the memorial grave plates, especially, and oversaw the manufacturing (delayed due to a situation abroad) and delivery of the grave plates to the cemetery in accordance with the family's needs and wishes. Professionalism and courtesy are always in order--but especially during times of grief. Memorial Arts were/are compassionate and honorable and decent in every way. Our family are indebted to them for their attention to detail and for outstanding service in our hour of sorrow.

  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you, LeeAnne and your company in extending such professionalism, courtesy and sympathies during the purchase of my brother’s memorial.
  I go every weekend to bring flowers and much to my surprise I go and the gravestone is there, although I’m missing terribly my only brother. It brought some comfort and emotions to see a memorial with his name and picture.
  My first purchase was in 2003, husband, 2007, mother, 2015 dad and now my brother, Memorial Arts never disappoints me. Excellent work. Right next to our parents.!!
