  I recently moved to a new area and tried another Meineke that was closer. Let's just say that sometimes you don't know what you have until it's gone. Even though this Meineke is now 40 mins away from my new home, it is well worth the trip!
  
  Yesterday I brought my vehicle in for new brakes and Rich couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. He arranged to have me dropped off while the work was done and then picked up again once it was completed. Communication was solid from beginning to end and customer service was 10/10.
  
  It's not often that you find a business that goes out of their way to make you feel taken care of, no matter how busy they get. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here for honest and high quality work!

  I called the shop around noon on a Friday and spoke with Rich concerning the brakes on my suv. He said they would be able to fix the brakes the same day so long as I get there before 1:30pm. I dropped off my suv a little after 1pm. Rich explained he would call me shortly to discuss the issue and would provide the cost to proceed. I got the call within a half hour and picture were sent to me showing the issues. I gave him the okay and got my suv back shortly after 6pm. They did a great job replacing both front and rear brake pads, rotors, and all four sensors. I couldn't ask for better service they were extremely professional. I will be servicing my three vehicles with Rich from now on. I also asked Rich to take a look at my right muffler as it starting to drop, he looked into it and saw that the bracket holding it in place, is broken which he ordered a new one and will fix on a later date.

  Great place, excellent service. Diagnosed engine light. Found & fixed problem same day. Said it would be done @ 3pm & my phone rang at 3pm. Super friendly & customer oriented. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of service.

  That was a good service. Unfortunately I don't expect complete honesty since the industry has a bad reputation, but I got nothing but honesty. I even came back just to give a gift card to treat them to lunch (and I've never done that). I found my new guy for car work. Thanks.
  
  This is NOT a fake post to boost ranking. I was there yesterday. You need an appointment people.
  
  Update: there was another guy there and he was gonna walk home instead of waiting. The guy at front desk said "no way it's too cold" and got him a ride.
