We had to recently change dentists after our insurance changed and we knew our previous dentist personally so it was hard to change. Nevertheless, we were welcomed so kindly. We were seen on time. The hygienists were so wonderful and patient with my 4yo especially. Dr John Kwon was generous with his time and explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and gave us an idea of what to expect in the future. I am so pleased with the outcome of this visit and feel very very glad to have found a patient-focused local dental office! Would definitely recommend!

(August 3, 2023, 3:20 pm)The office is clean, calm, and kid-friendly. There's an awesome reading nook and play area that helped my kids relax before their appointment. During the appointment, everyone was friendly and kind. My toddler still needed the distraction of the screen (they have a TV mounted to the ceiling, but I used my phone for my little one), but no tears at all. Thank you Dr. John, Dr. Dave, and staff for making this trip easy for the kids (but especially for me)!

(July 25, 2023, 8:24 am)First time at this office, I must say the atmosphere was amazing. The staff were professional. We didn’t have to wait long in the waiting area. The bedside manners were fantastic. My son did not cry like he have at a previous office. He was very comfortable with the team. Everything was explained to me and I was able to ask questions and voice concerns. Glad I found this office.

Dr. Sung was kind enough to really take the time to consider various options for my particular case, put together a game plan and I know I’m in great hands. I’ve also had several cleanings as well as my sons first visit with Dr. John both were wonderful as well! Thanks again!

(June 4, 2023, 9:40 am)Dr John and Alisha (dental hygienist) were amazing with my 2yr old! They explained everything to me as the mom and were so gentle and fun with my daughter. When you first walk in to the practice, it was warm and inviting - not sterile like other pediatric dentistry offices. The waiting room was fun and engaging for kids! They even called me in advance to let me know there were insurance issues that I was able to resolve before my daughter's appointment! Overall 5 shiny stars for this practice and their staff!
