Jim’s a stallion! He helped me
More than I could ask…he delivered my chair last week and answered all my questions and took the time to show me all the functions of the chair…that’s rare in today’s world. I would recommend Medequipped for your power chair and manual. Yesterday my chair broke down and the company went out of their way to get Jim here today to fix my chair.. very fast service and Jim fixed the chair without any problems…this company and their technicians are fast and reliable. Jim delivered my Mother's new power wheelchair today. He made the experience so comfortable and pleasant! Everything was explained so well and he made sure to answer all of our questions. Jim really made a difficult process easier than expected and kept it so light hearted. Overall had a great experience .
