  I have had Jodie as a Care Manager at MedAssist for over a year. As a caregiver for my mother, Jodie provided so much support to me. His consistent and comforting communication helped our family navigate the healthcare system in order to help me provide the best of care for my mother. He always made contact with me once weekly and more frequently when needed, and I knew that I could count on him being there to answer my questions, provide services or to just check in to ask how my mother was doing and how the week went. The support he provided to me as a caregiver for my mother was invaluable. He was definitely a team member in the care of my mother. Jodie is a compassionate professional who I can't thank enough for all the support he provided.

  Zoe is so helpful! She is easy to talk to, is very articulate, and always very quick in getting back to me with any information. She contacts me regularly to find out how mom is doing and always asks how she can help. Any issue or potential issue that I talk to her about, Zoe is super quick with sending me suggestions. Zoe's quick and efficient assistance lightens my load and makes my time with my mom so much more relaxing. Highly recommend Zoe!!!

  This organization is such a blessing! It's like having a super-supportive family member who has extensive medical knowledge and tons of free time to make phone calls to check insurance availability, look for in-home aides and order any medical supplies we need. Haven & Elijah have been caring, compassionate and very competent. They call to check in with me regularly and make sure that we ask all the right questions at the doctors based on her current condition. I was originally set-up with them just to order a shower bench for my elderly aunt when she was being discharged from a nursing home. With a demanding job and caring for her, I've been stretched pretty thin so when MedAssist started checking in once a week with me, I couldn't have been more grateful for their support. They have been instrumental in accomplishing goal posts for my aunt's quality of life, making it possible for her to live at home. MedAssist isn't just great for the disabled, they support their weary caregivers too!

  Crystal Wymers has been incredible to work with following my mother's release from a rehab facility. She went above and beyond to ensure that the appropriate wheelchair was ordered - she followed up persistantly with the device company as well as our Dr. to make sure all the paperwork was completed. She followed up with me frequently and kept me updated on progress without my prompting. It was nice to know that there was someone supporting me during this difficult time.

  My mother-in-law was discharged from a Rehab facility about 3 weeks ago. Marissa from MedAssist set up an interview with their Physician. After which, Monique Joseph took over and has been very helpful with her needs other than what the VNS provides. She even makes arrangements for transportation to her MD appointments. Now she is assisting in getting other equipments needed at home as well as hearing aids. I am very thankful for all the support Monique is doing for us. 🙏🏼👍🏽👍🏽
