Dr Roberts is just lovely! Chrissy is I believe is one of the nurses and she is a doll. I have to say the doctors, nurses and tech are so pleasant and welcoming. You can tell they love what they do and work well together. We’re all human so I’m sure they get overwhelmed and overworked and it can show from time to time but overall, this part of the staff is wonderful.
Now… as for the front desk… and it’s not all of them, it’s one of them. There is a woman who works at the front desk who needs either customer service training like asap or needs to be let go so she can be in the field best suited for her because this is not a setting to be rude, condescending, apathetic and non-attentive to what people are saying and need.
Like the other review someone left, yes they will charge you for a mask and did not say please make sure you bring a mask to the office. I can understand a year ago but now, most people are not carrying a mask and what if someone gets dropped off, they don’t have the luxury of going to the car to get a mask. YOUR OFFICE GETS WRITE OFFS FOR THE MASKS LIKE WHY ARE YOU CHARING A DOLLAR FOR MASK!
I came in a new patient right so, make sure you take the time to make a person feel welcomed and well informed about what they are going to get into, what they are signing and what your offices offers.
Be hospitable! That’s is apart of your job darling! I never leave reviews but I am going to start to because the amount of company’s playing “dumb” in regards to their rude, incompetent employees is at an all time high. So it is! Now you know, homegirl is a problem. While the majority of the staff should get five stars, that one receptionist should get at the most 1 star. Which is why I am giving this office 4 stars. Quality customer service matters!!!! Period
They took their time with my mother. Probably over 30 to 45 min total an that was before lunch of all times. She has early stages of Parkinsons or Dementia the jury is out on which. However they gave us answers to why an solutions to start the long process of getting her better. Thank you again an god bless.
