  Sarah is genuinely one of the most caring, compassionate and trustworthy people I've ever known. She has an uncanny ability to empathize and connect with others which allows anyone to feel safe and secure in being vulnerable. Being a yoga instructor, Sarah recognizes the importance of the mind/body connection as it relates to mental health issues. She has extensive knowledge in all modalities of therapy. While Sarah is capable of addressing any and all mental health issues with thoughtful, tailored services to her clients, her specialities are with: trauma survivors, LGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, Trans and Gender-Nonconforming, Self-Harming, Addicted, larger-bodied and disabled people.

  Ms. Betz is an open-minded person and active listener who has shown compassion and has helped me tremendously in my growth journey as a human being by providing me with constructive recommendations and advice. She has always made herself available in times of need and has been a calming presence in my life in times of crisis and chaos. I would highly recommend her as a therapist.
