  Maureen and Bill handled the sale of my home with such care as if it were their own. They are very professional, knowledgeable and never pushy. I know I made the right decision choosing them to handle the sale of my home...a home I lived in for 23 yrs. It's never easy letting go of a home you raise your children in. Overall, we had a great customer experience and I highly recommend them and their team!

  My wife and I were considering upgrading our kitchen, but the cost of the renovation made it more attractive to just upgrade to a new house.
  
  Selling your home and buying another can be very stressful. We literally sold our old home and closed on the new home the next day.
  
  Bill and Maureen were great. They went above and beyond what expected. They are very responsive and very professional.

  I have known Maureen McSpirit and Bill Beckett on a personal level for more than 15 years. They are two of the most decent people I know. So it only made sense that when my husband and I found a house that we were interested in buying, we turned to them for their knowledge and expertise. While buying a home can be a stressful and daunting experience, Maureen and Bill made the process more manageable.   Working with Maureen McSpirit was truly a pleasure. Although I live in CA, I inherited a house in NJ and needed an experienced realtor who really knew the local market and could provide advice on pricing and getting the house ready for sale.
