We didn’t call Attilio because of his numerous 4-sale signs on the front lawns of homes (which would indicate a high number of people who trusted him), and we didn't call him just because he's a local realtor. We did our due diligence and looked at his stats. After reading about the many awards he received, and seeing his rank of being a Platinum Producer, the #1 Realtor in Old Tappan, #3 nationwide for Better Homes & Gardens, and other exceptional accomplishments, we knew he was the right agent to call. An agent doesn’t receive such accolades without good reason.

Over the years, we worked with Attilio on at least four occasions, both to purchase and sell our homes. We're still in awe of his outstanding abilities. It IS so true that having the right agent make ALL the difference.

This time around, Attilio listened to our requirements, and found us the *perfect* new residence. It isn’t often one can use that term, but Attilio has a unique talent in finding the ideal home for his clients. When it came time to sell our current home, Attilio took charge and walked us through everything that needed to be done. He aggressively marketed our home, which resulted in a huge turnout. We were shocked and thrilled at the same time, especially given the fact that we feared it was not the right time of the year to list a home.

We resisted a bit in some of the requests Attilio made, but because he (politely) stood firm in his urging to do what needed to be done, and because we respected his position and followed his advice, the house sold in four (4) days. His expertise and knowledge of the market helped us to get not only an amazingly quick offer, but a second, third, and fourth offer, resulting in a bidding war for an amount much higher than we asked for.

He then explained the pros and cons with regard to each offer we received. He advised us to take the personal feelings out of the equation, keep it strictly business, but supported and agreed with our final decision to sell to the right family, for the right reasons regardless of a slightly lower amount.

We were guilty of calling and texting Attilio more than we probably should have, but even if he couldn’t spend a lot of time with simple chatter, he listened to our trepidation politely and assuaged any concerns…every time. We were always given frank, and accurate advice.

He is productive and effective in applying his time composing sequences of events that will ultimately sell a house. When you list your home with Attilio, you can be sure that he's doing everything possible to get the house sold, and not wait for it to sell itself. Not only would we recommend Attilio to anyone interested in buying or selling a house, but we would suggest that you do your own homework and see how many people share their rave reviews about him as well.
