Great location and friendly staff. Called to inquire about an oil change and was provided with useful info. Dropped my car off within that hour and was seen immediately. The oil change took roughly 30 minutes with other fluid checks. I was in and out and on with my day! I really loved the ease of getting to this spot as they are located in a huge plaza with lots of parking space.
After having a negative experience at another Mavis location, I am thankful for the customer service I received at this location! The staff member at the front desk was professional and had strong interpersonal skills. The staff members that worked on my vehicle were knowledgeable and efficiently used their time. I will continue to frequent this location and give them my support in any way I can.
As always, I experience excellent customer service from the entire team. During my most recent visit, Joshua offered excellent service by changing out my windshield wipers after work on my vehicle was already completed. I also witnessed Andrew offer to repair and refit a customers tire on the spot so they could be on their way. Love the service, keep it up!
I do tend to leave honest reviews. Personally I have no quarrels with this shop besides the customer service sometimes. It's not bad but it can be worked on, specifically the communication side and timeliness. I work for a Driving School and although me appearing at the shop may be spontaneous, they take care of me for the most part. I think the only thing they can work on is getting back in contact with me when the service is done OR if they're having issues with payment on the account still reach out to me that way it can be rectified quicker. Most times I'm on a very tight schedule and there isn't a vehicle replacement available to take care of the next student so getting an oil change (not a busted tire change bc I know that takes time and that's the most spontaneous service in my line of work) should be a bit faster. No complaints here just yet though. That's about all. Thank you for your service and thank you for making the process as easy as you can.
I left work last night to come out to a flat tire. Thankfully Mavis in West Orange was right down the street. I went in and explained my situation and Andrew saved my day with his amazing service. He was really nice and fixed my tire no problem within 10-15 minutes. Ill definitely go there again.
