  We purchased our membership a year ago and over the year have enjoyed two stays at the existing condos. The units are spacious and well appointed. While still in development, all signs point to Serenite being a first class resort. I also want to add that the staff is exceptional and that we have enjoyed meeting other members at the outstanding social events. With our first year of membership behind us, we look forward to the coming years and the expansion of the resort.

  I went into this with patience and an open mind. When we first toured the grounds the first building, or phase 1 was underway. A project of this magnitude takes a lot of planning and during a pandemic, everything is not always going to go as planned. In my opinion, in order to get in on something of this quality, at a reasonable price, it would take some patience to let things happen.
  
  The tour of the property and phase 1 in process was everything I expected and more. You could tell that this was going to be a well thought out, high quality finished product. The presentation of what we could expect over the next several weeks was right on the money. We are now only days away from our first stay at Sérénité and we are excited to get there. From all the pictures and communication from the staff and point of contact, Shaun Gilio, we are looking forward to our initial stay. Sérénité is proving to be everything we had hoped for.

  Beautiful units and awesome amenities on a stunning property! After a thorough tour and having all of my questions answered by Tara and Todd, I knew this was the place I have been hoping to find for some peace and "serenite" close to NYC. I highly recommend you take a virtual tour and then see it for yourself. Absolutely amazing!

  This place is going to be newly built and the drive through east simply awesome. It will be a vacation ownership property and the prices are not bad either. The salesperson was so amazing; Doug was his name. He took his time to explain the program features and it made sense. We cannot afford at this time but maybe in future.
