  Louis was amazing ! Professional, charming, considerate and just a great dude! And now STEPHEN…. Well I was having the worst day and was given some life changing news regarding a family members health and I was was making calls and dr appt for him and I could no longer hold in my emotions and was just sobbing outside of Mavis. As I was trying to compose myself this kind human must have seen me and my little breakdown and he took the time to ask if I was ok or if I needed anything!!! Trying to hide my tears and embarrassment I manage an “I’m fine and thank you .” To which this kind soul said “if I can do anything to help please let me know” I was beyond taken aback that this young man took the time to ask if I was ok in a day and age with so many wrapped up in themselves!! I work in EMS and I can tell you the tone of society is everything but compassionate or empathetic to others in distress or in need of help and this young man restored my faith in HUMANITY! I could have hugged him for just the simple act of caring a little about about my sadness. I will be taking all my car needs to this Mavis as long as they continue to hire upstanding employees like Stephen and Louis! Thank you both so much for bringing some sunshine into my dark cloudy day it did not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

  Came in needing four tires and they discovered that my rear brakes were worn completely and needed immediate replacement. The guy was super nice about it and gave me whatever discounts he had available since I was already spending a bunch on tires and wasn’t planning on having to do brakes. Honest and decent!

  I originally had a terrible experience here, but Luis had redeemed it. My boyfriend scheduled an appointment for me to get my car inspected for a Monday at 2pm. When we arrived to drop off the car, we were rudely greeted and told by the store manager, Jason, to leave because they could not perform the inspection today since the technician was busy. We made the appointment that morning so it was unprofessional for them to have made an appointment and after we show up let us know they couldn’t perform the inspection. We would have understood if they gave us a call before we left work for this appointment. Jason was beyond rude to us and did not apologize for the inconvenience. But when we arrived Wednesday, Luis was a fantastic help. He was so kind and understanding of our situation. He was helpful and he honestly saved the sale. We plan on coming back when Luis is working for his inspection room. Thank you Luis, we are so pleased with your service!

  Absolutely phenomenal service.
  From the moment Jason greeted me at the front desk to the time I left he was nothing but kind, courteous, and an excellent worker who gives the establishment a great first impression. The prices were more than fair, the service was exceptionally quick, and his opinions and recommendations spoke of his expertise. I will most certainly be returning for all my service needs.

  I’ve been to a lot of tire/repair shops in various cities and states. After moving to the area this Mavis has quickly become one of my favorite shops I’ve ever dealt with. The manager Jason is a stand up guy and runs a great team. All the staff I’ve met have been helpful, and informative. I appreciate the care they put in to their work, and keeping my cars running!
