Akeem was the absolute best! Called to confirm my appointment, got me in right away, and kept me updated the whole process when my tire needed repairing! Shop was clean and the entire team was super friendly and accommodating! All around a great experience! Thank you again for taking care of my tire and for the excellent customer service!
Went yesterday and JOHN was such a professional and helpful. There was a full lobby of customers and he dealt with everyone in a timely manner and was such a good man. Thank you MAVIS of JACKSON NJ.
Update: Changing this from 2 stars to 5 stars simply because I did call the number provided and was listened to and they apologized profusely and it's apparent that Mavis as a whole does not want it's customers treated this way. I appreciate them taking the call and hope there is customer service training offered to the person that was so incredibly rude. (Also, the Mavis in Whiting on Rt 70 was able to confirm that the codes were documented in my service history when I visited the Jackson store. Ridiculous.)

Places like this are always hit or miss and proximity to my job was the biggest seller for me. In the past I've had fairly good experiences with repair times and basic service like oil change, brakes and tires. But the customer service could be better. I've dealt with John (Service) in the past and always felt I could trust him. He always documented any recommended repairs. I called today and the person I spoke to flat out told me the previous info wouldn't be saved without even looking up my car. Just could not be bothered. And when I did provide my info, he pretended to go through my whole service history in all of 5 seconds to tell me the info isn't there. 1. I don't believe him and 2. He could have at least acted like he cared. Lost my business for good. It's a shame they lost someone like John. I hope he found a better company to work for.
