(July 7, 2023, 8:23 am)Dropped my car off yesterday morning for 2 new tires and an inspection. I was a little nervous because I knew something was wrong with my suspension but didn't know what it was or how much it would cost to fix. They called me around 10:30am and let me know they identified the problem and it was my rear struts that went bad. They let me know how much it would be to replace them, the price was very fair and reasonable. When I got out of work, I picked my car up and it drove perfect again! I would highly recommend this place.

(July 3, 2023, 2:25 pm)Came here on the Fourth of July holiday week… They were very busy, however they were extremely helpful. Joe worked on my car and I saw James Kendall actively helping all the staff and I liked that. Seems like they really care and have their eyes open.
I am so happy I stopped in for my flat tire. Now know where I will go for my car needs, NYS inspections and car repairs. Thank you everyone at Mavis Discount Tires. I got treated kindly with the car service I expected. Very happy. I will be coming back. -

I took my car in to get something replaced and all I can say is nothing but good things, the place was professional, clean, and productive. A mechanic by the name of Joe helped me out, he was kind and patient and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my car in terms that I could understand. This made me feel like I was getting really good but also really safe service.

(April 21, 2023, 9:30 pm)Had an amazing experience with James from Mavis today! My tire went flat at the hospital in the parking garage Thursday night and I used a compressor to re-inflate. This morning it was flat again and I dropped my car in such a hurry and ‘demanded’ them to call me so that I could get back to the hospital. James was professional, knowledgeable, super friendly and had my car finished in no time!
Prices were great and I truly had the BEST experience today with Mavis Tires and especially James!! -

(January 20, 2023, 6:08 pm)GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! On my birthday, I was driving in the area with 3 of my children ages 12, 3, and 2 years old!! They were close to closing and still helped me, I couldn't be more grateful and thankful for the men who took such great care of me!! Also, 5 stars for the child play center they have made the situation go from terrible to leaving feeling relief!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
