(July 25, 2023, 10:44 am)I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 XLT & 2023 Ford Edge SEL from them. Very pleasant experience overall. Easy to work with, willing to negotiate and their service team is very knowledgeable and helpful as well.
My salesperson was Rick, he is a straight shooter who gets to the point. Very appreciative of his "lets get the job done" attitude.
Pros:
*Great Salesperson
*Finance Manager was also easy to work with
*Helpful Service Team
*Everyone in the dealership was responsive to my needs and questions
*Easy delivery process
Cons:
*They are limited on inventory right now (like many other dealers). This is not a knock on them, just a warning to you that if you like a particular vehicle there, don't sit on it. I selected my truck out of many on a Thursday. When I came back the following Sunday to sign, there were two or three left on the lot!

After an unsuccessful search for Mavericks in the area, Ford of Port Jeff called to check on my search, but I instead inquired about what Bronco Sports they had in. The sales rep I worked with, Jennifer Chiundina, was quick to send me the window stickers. I was immediately sold on Badlands in eruption green that they had. As a first time new car buyer, and doing most of the process while out of state, the team made it extremely easy and communicated clearly, having everything ready for me in advance. John from finance offered all of the additional packages, but was not pushy. Overall, the car buying experience was smooth and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
