Matt and his team are simply the best. After a few old sports injuries started causing me pain that was impacting daily activities, I knew I needed help. My back pain was so severe that I could not do basic things like putting my socks on. My second injury was chronic pain in my left shoulder which had impacted me for the past ten years. It turns out I have a tear in my rotator cuff. Working out and staying active was not longer possible and obviously frustration was setting in. Both injuries at two separate occasions were immediately and correctly diagnosed with accuracy by Matt and his PT staff. Matt provided stretching and lifting exercises to eliminate the pain. Most importantly, I avoided shoulder surgery and am now able to live an active lifestyle again. Health has to be first and I trust only Matt and his team.
