In few words Matt was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
He was the realtor I used to sell and buy a new house. He was very patient through the entire process. As a client I could be a bit demanding but he was fast, knowledgeable and understanding.

The selling process was easy, I got the offer within 7 days. But I ad use and occupancy clause for up-to 60 days.
After the first 15 days it was difficult finding a house with all my “wants”. Some how he worked his Superman Powers and got me a house in time. I was able to close on time.

This is him being friendly, knowledgeable and patient his biggest quality is the fact that he goes above and beyond for his clients. You feel like you have a friend on your side and not just a realtor.

If you are looking to buy in the Bergen County area, do not use anyone but Matt! Buying your first home is one of the most stressful processes in life and doing it during a national pandemic, is even worse. Thankfully, we had Matt by our side through this whole process to help guide us. Matt was available to us at all hours of the day and would even set up showings for homes for the very same day, which was critical when every house we looked at went into the a bidding war the very same day. He was honest with us when we went to see homes, which just goes to show he is not just out to make a sale. When we really loved a home, he got our offers in the same day, negotiated the best terms for us and was persistent with the other realtors when he needed to be. In the middle of our home search, we went away to our summer home for a few months, and Matt would still set up showings and FaceTime us so we didn't have to drive all the way back home! That’s how exactly how we ended up in the home we have now. You only get that type of service from someone who is truly dedicated to the job and his clients. There aren't enough positive words to describe our experience with Matt who assisted us in purchasing our first home. I was at my favorite local deli Wilkes, and I noticed some of Matt's business cards near the doorway. Me and my girlfriend were interested in looking at some new houses in the area so I decided to give Matt a call.

It turned out to be the best impromptu decision I have ever made. Matt has been extremely helpful in guiding us in our first ever big purchase. We had so many questions and Matt was so knowledgeable and patient with us and our uncertainties. The best part is how he was able to make us feel like we were his number one priority.
