(June 21, 2021, 7:29 pm)I love how clear the guys are in explaining the what's and why's of the repairs they do before they do it. In my latest visit, they used an aftermarket bumper that initially had me concerned. After explaining why this was the best option (waiting for the manufacturer's part would take several weeks) and the reminder that MasterCraft guarantees their work for the life of the vehicle, I gave the go-ahead. The resulting repair made our 4Runner look like new.
The paint matching was spot on.
I hope I don't have to use these guys often, but I won't take any of my cars anywhere else for body work!
