  Bearing on car went out on my car when my husband was gone kinda leaving me without a car. They were able to squeeze me and get it repaired for me in one day. These guys are great and very dependable. I will be using them again.

  The guys over at Heavy’s auto are legit do it all auto repair shop. Nobody touches my my mustang unless it’s Dan and Crew. Every employee there is highly trained and knowledgeable.
  Super honest and reliable. They respond to emails within a day or sooner if you have a question about a service or anything auto related. They go the extra mile to make sure when you pick up your ride it’s exactly how you want it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Alignment as they use top of the line equipment and dial in Caster/Camber/Toe just right. Every time I leave there I’m always amazed how much better my Mustang runs. So far they’ve done:
  Grill Swap/Shocks/struts/lowering springs/Suspension mods/tires/rims balancing etc. If you have a high end sports car or a daily driver don’t hesitate to take it over to them. Prices are more than fair considering the quality of work. Eric up front is always a pleasure to talk to and will make sure you’re taken care of. Found out about these guys from a friend and glad she recommended them to me!

  They made time out of their day to help me and my boyfriend on 2 different occasions. First was a popped tire on my boyfriend's car, bought delivered and repaired all on the same day!
  Next was my Toyota Avalon, they gave a free inspection on it and we're completely honest with me. Will definitely be doing business again!

  Heavy’s Automotive is awesome. If I could give them 10 stars I would. This TEAM is great, knowledgeable and on point. I recently had an experience with another shop that did some serious damage to my car. So, with some great referrals and 5-star ratings across the board I had my car towed from the shop it was at to Heavy’s Automotive in Windsor Locks. I let them know what was going on and what the previous shop did or was supposed to do to my car. As soon as they looked at my car, they called me and let me know what was going on and their findings. They dealt with my choice words about the other shop and understood my frustration. They walked me through everything and let me what needed to be done and the cost to have it fixed. I now have my car back in running order as it should have been in the first place. I can not thank the TEAM at Heavy’s Automotive enough. Moving forward they have my business, and I will refer all my friends and family to go to Heavy’s Automotive in Windsor Locks for any of their car/truck needs. THANK YOU
