  My referral to Marit was by my gastroenterologist's office. She has been extremely helpful for my particular health issue, and as we continue to meet every several months, her knowledge of the body, food/nutrition and digestion continues to amaze me. She listens to all of my concerns and is very thorough in her explanations. I have had very good results with her recommendations and guidance and highly recommend her services.

  Working with Marit was great. She has a no nonsense approach to nutrition and overall wellbeing. She works at your individual pace, so as not to overwhelm. She was interested in my complete health and gave me plenty of information and support so I could take charge of ME!!

  Marit came to our house roughly once a week for a few months and showed us how to cook two healthy meals per visit (one for that night, one prepped for later). She left us with a repository of recipes that I can dip into as needed, because I actually know how to make them - because I made them with her. It was what I needed, and it helped a lot. She's very practical and sensible, but also has a great aura & an upbeat personality - my daughter liked Marit, and my daughter doesn't like anyone hardly anyone. Fact.
