  My 8 year old daughter had been struggling with fear and anxiety at the beginning of the pandemic. We worked with Robin Davis via Zoom sessions and she provided my daughter with quick and effective tools that help her deal with her fear, stress and anxiety so well that she is sleeping better and excited for school to begin again! Robin even created personalized recordings for her to listen to on the way to school.

  Robin was fantastic! We enrolled our daughter in her stress management program and we have nothing but positive things to say. Our daughter easily incorporated the techniques she learned in each session. She reports less stress and anxiety. She is sleeping well at night and excelling in her coursework. I highly recommend Robin and Davis Wellness she has made such a positive impact on our lives.

  Robin Davis and her hypnosis methods have taught me so much and has truly helped me become a more calmer and focussed version of myself. I was able to complete my training with Robin remotely and she was incredibly flexible with her scheduling of sessions around my busy family life. Robin has given me valuable tools that I use on a daily basis that allow me to remain calm in the ever changing and challenging landscape of life. I would give her hypnosis training 6 stars if possible.

  Before I worked with Robin Davis, I struggled with anxiety surrounding a specific fear of mine. When confronted with this fear, I would sense my blood pressure drop almost to the point of passing out. After taking part in hypnotherapy sessions with Robin, this fear vanished. I no longer have any feelings of anxiety or the urge to pass out in the face of this fear. Robin Davis uses an organized, individualized approach. We focused on identifying the source of fear and replacing it with new thought patterns. Hypnosis with Robin via Zoom allowed me to gain a firm sense of calmness, clarity, and confidence when facing my old fear. I can also use the tools learned during hypnosis to heighten my focus and create a relaxing state when needed in other situations. I had an excellent experience working with Robin at The Davis Method in Hadley, MA. I would highly recommend hypnosis with Robin to anyone looking to make a positive change in their life!

  If you or someone you know are looking for guided relaxation or hypnosis I highly recommend Robin at The Davis Method!! Robin has help me and my children. She helps with sleep, changing habits, and dealing with anxiety. I have worked with her in person, watched her videos on Youtube, and listened to programs on the Soundwise App. My 10 year old asks to listen to her Reset for Better Sleep video whenever he can’t sleep, and it always works like a charm!
