The Marine Park Funeral Home is a wonderful place to say farewell to your loved ones. My dearly loved mother was given a memorial at this lovely place. The funeral directors Kourtney and Michael were awesome. Both were very professional, sensitive, knowledgeable, compassionate and polite.
Kourtney was especially influential in helping me select flower arrangements, the Urn selection, and the room. She was very flexible in adding pink carnations to the already arranged flowers. Michael was patient with me, I called him several times and he answered all my questions. The room was exceptionally beautiful, the flowers and the Urn just the way they set up the room brought tears to our eyes. It was exquisite the way mom would have liked it. The attendants were also ready to assist you, and polite and calm. I was so blessed with the attention to detail they had for moms memorial. The funeral home has an atmosphere of cleanliness, orderliness and peace. My friends commented on the spacious, well decorated waiting area. My moms farewell was all I hoped it would be. Praise God for leading me there.
Appreciate the knowledge and help from the funeral directors. They helped make this difficult time for the family a smoother transition. They have always been available for questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Marine park was remarkable. I couldn’t desire anything better for my husband O’Neil. From start to finish it was a good experience even though it was a sad time for me and my family. Jessica was a great help. I have no hesitation in recommending their service. Well I just did that yesterday.
As odd as it may sound, I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful staff at Marine Park Funeral Home several months ago when my best friend's Mother unexpectedly passed away.
Making funeral arrangements is NEVER something that anyone wants to do especially when it is an unexpected death and the world is in the middle of a pandemic.
Having been asked to join my friend and her husband at the funeral home, I experienced first hand the compassion and professionalism of every member of the staff that we had contact with.
From the first phone call, Nora, the owner, made us feel confident that everything would go smoothly. And, I will say, she was correct.
When we arrived at the funeral home, we were greeted by Liza, whose warm and comforting personality immediately put us at ease. We than met with the Manager, Kourtney who walked us step by step through the process. Her patient and compassionate manner made us feel that we were in the right place. One thing that I will never forget is how she helped us with the video presentation. Dealing with people who are electronically inept, she was a God send.
Michael was the Director who handled the day of the funeral. From the moment we arrived in the morning, until we left the cemetery, he was a calming existence for all of us. He was attentive and as professional as he was, he made us feel like he was part of our family.
So.... thank you to the OUTSTANDING staff at Marine Park for making a very sad and heartbreaking situation smooth. My heartfelt thanks for everything from the moment we entered the building.
