  I lost my dad and was unsure of what to do. Initially, I contacted several funeral homes to compare prices. I contacted Funeral Home Kensington after calling a few places. Not only did she answer all my questions, but she gave me a feeling of comfort and peace of mind as well. After calling a few more funeral homes, I turned back to the manager, who went above and beyond to help my family and I during this difficult time. No words can describe my appreciation. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone who has lost a loved one. They are among the best!

  Unfortunately I have had to use Funeral Home Kensington too many times in the last few years,
  the latest being to bury my sweet husband. The whole experience was handled so well. I have
  been treated with love, kindness and sympathy. After all was said and done they have reached
  out to me to make sure I am well. I also need to say that my husband's and my mother-in-law's
  bodies were prepared so well! My mom looked like an angel, and my husband looked so peaceful.
  I highly recommend this funeral home near me to anyone needing to plan funeral services.

  Our experience with the Funeral Home Kensington was great. Owner was very caring and compassionate. He made sure everything was organized and exactly the way we wanted. He was VERY responsive and always made time to speak with us whether on the phone or in person. My sister’s memorial service was perfect and our family cannot thank Funeral Home Kensington enough for all that they did for us. Thank you so much to everyone.

  My friends recently made funeral arrangements at Funeral Home Kensington for their mother. As a close friend, I supported them in some ways. I had the opportunity to meet various members of the administration staff (sorry I don't have their names, but they were wonderful), as well as the managers, as well as staff members who assisted at the cemetery. What a wonderful group of people - kind, compassionate, sensitive, and respectful to the family and friends who came to pay respects. No pressure - just helpfulness all the way through, and it didn't stop after the burial - they guided the family through the process and what needed to be taken care of afterwards. After that, I offered to be there to help if the family had any questions or needed assistance. These are the people I would recommend if you wanted to make funeral arrangements and feel confident that your wishes (and the wishes of the deceased) will be respected.

  My Dad purchased a funeral plan from Funeral Home Kensington over 20 years ago. When he passed we only had to make one call and they took care of everything. It was such a relief to the family to be able to celebrate his life without the worry of all the small details that required attention. Amazing after 20 years how much they cared about him and the family and how thoughtful they were afterwards. I received several follow-up calls after the burial service from them just checking to see how the family was doing. They also provided guidance on how to go about settling his estate. Really appreciate the thoughtful staff that helped us so graciously through this process.
