  This review is for the first floor rehab. A family member spent 3 months in this facility. We had a rocky start because we weren't told the rules about clothing check in, so we lost a fair amount of clothes the first few days until we got educated on the process. The place is extremely clean. The staff is wonderful. Everyone from the individuals manning the front desk to the nursing and administrative staff. Everyone was helpful, professional and extremely kind, even though they were all super busy. It doesn't appear that they have enough staff at all times to care for the number of patients in the rehab area. The therapist team was great (speech, occupational and physical). Upon discharge, we noticed they were beginning to add patients to a closed wing. Hopefully they hired more staff. The social worker is wonderful, but definitely carrying a very heavy case load. I appreciated our care team status meeting every few weeks with the entire care team to get updates on progress and discharge. We have been in 4 different facilities in the last year and in comparison, this is one of the better ones.

  My Godfather was a rehab patient there and he was admitted on his birthday. A member of pastoral care came to the room with a happy birthday sign with his name on it and taped it to his door, what a wonderful gesture! We found compassion, care, and genuine love at this facility.. we transferred there from a very up-to-date facility that had all the bells and whistles but the care was horrendous.
  Maria Regina residence is a humble and older facility but the care was phenomenal, we felt so comfortable there and thank each and every one who cared for him during his time there. I highly recommend this facility!!

  Wish Handicapped parking was closer. Check in was very easy. Signs for room should be shortest distance especially for handicapped people. Lady serving mom lunch was very nice. Only saw nurse for a few minutes. It was a Saturday, so I understand the short staff.

  It’s been great. Staff responds nicely to buzzers and bells! Ive seen her nurses talk to, clean, and medicate her and she’s pleased. The holy and soothing atmosphere is just right. The presence of nuns as patients and caregivers is something my mom really enjoys. Thank you all for everything.

  My mom seems to be happy and content here. She receives excellent care. The staff on the third floor are so caring. I love that the therapists ( who are wonderful) re- evaluate her every few months. Administration is very approachable and addresses everything right away. Everyone I have come in contact with, maintenance, security, volunteers, etc. are all so friendly and kind. Thank you Maria Regina.
