  I have been shopping at Manny's for over 15 years. I read the recent review left by my friend Samantha (I've known her for years and I referred her to your store) I have personally dealt with Chris at the store and whenever we purchase anything he always explains the process to me. It's common sense to have your appliances disconnected and ready for them to take away! The delivery people are not plumbers or electricians Samantha! I told her that before she even went there! I referred her to Manny's and now she is making me feel utterly embarrassed to have even referred her to Chris because she's can't comprehend simple instructions! I want to apologize to Manny personally because I would have never referred Sam if I knew she was going to create such a fuss and a scathing review. Samantha just has a lot of problems and while I do love her I must say -- shame on you Samantha! These are good people working here! Next time you order something please use your brain and don't say I referred you if you're going to turn around and write nasty reviews because your brain cannot comprehend simple instructions! I recently purchased a new dishwasher also and the process was fantastic and Chris was very detailed in explaining that I needed to disconnect the unit first. I already knew that anyway but Chris was thorough. That is why I referred my friend and I'm sorry I did that.

  I have been looking for an electric stove for about a month now. I went to the big box stores and sadly nobody was around to help me. I tried more than once, but few people are in that department and when they’re there they are waiting on someone else.
  
  So I went into Manny’s because they were having a sale and as soon as I walked in within a couple minutes Kari came over to me and waited on me. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable I could not make up my mind between a couple stoves. For a small store, they have a lot of inventory! Kari told me you can call me later if you decide to purchase, you don’t have to come back in again. I went home discussed it with my husband and decided on the stove. I called Kari and she took my information over the phone told me delivery would be Friday. I went in on a Tuesday.
  
  The delivery guys came and did a very professional job. very polite and hooked up my beautiful new stove.
  
  I highly recommend Manny’s. It’s nice to be treated as a customer that they want instead of feeling like a burden that you get at a big box store.

  I was on the hunt for a new GE gas dryer. Previously went to another local store but completely dissatisfied. My friend recommended that I stop by Manny's and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, there were several washer/dryer models to choose from. Jim and Joel were very helpful with some questions that I had and we wrote up the sale agreement. This was a very pleasant experience! Even the two delivery guys were great as well!!!

  Very happy with the sales people at Manny's! They are available when needed and always acknowledge someone when they arrive. Questions are quickly answered without any high pressure follow you around.
  
  They offer delivery and pickup and can easily find a delivery schedule to fit your schedule. Lots of available brands and colors. If you don't see something feel free to ask.
  
  Extremely pleased with both Kari & Austin & will definitely recommend Manny's to anyone I know looking for appliances!
