(July 9, 2023, 3:06 pm)Shane and Paul were great. The o-ring on the pool went. They were very helpful and even stayed past closing a few minutes until I could get there to pick up the new one. Great customer service and recommend it for any pool supplies or thinking of getting one.

Just goes to show if you have the right Manager modeling good customer service, the staff will follow suit. Highly recommend the Springfield, MA location!

(April 24, 2023, 3:41 pm)I had bought a 15’ round Pool then the next day decided to do 18’ Shayne has a been a big help through the whole process, explains everything best to his knowledge, the rest rest of the staff is patient and helpful as well and prices were way better then other competitors
