  Awesome customer service!!! Update I have been in and out of this store several times in the past week and each time was met with very professional staff and they were also patient. I would definitely recommend and will definitely go to them for all my pool needs!

  Shane and Paul were great. The o-ring on the pool went. They were very helpful and even stayed past closing a few minutes until I could get there to pick up the new one. Great customer service and recommend it for any pool supplies or thinking of getting one.

  The staff at this store is so pleasant and patient. Very professional and knowledgeable. I left feeling confident about what steps I needed to take to treat my pool. Just goes to show if you have the right Manager modeling good customer service, the staff will follow suit. Highly recommend the Springfield, MA location!

  I had bought a 15’ round Pool then the next day decided to do 18’ Shayne has a been a big help through the whole process, explains everything best to his knowledge, the rest rest of the staff is patient and helpful as well and prices were way better then other competitors
