First service visit with my Kia Forte….greeted immediately upon arriving…my car was taken right in, I was told probably about an hour …actually finished in 45 min . Waiting area clean comfortable and very accommodating. David Fawcett went over my service report with me when my car was finished. He even escorted me out to my car. My salesman Joe from 6 months ago recognized me while I was waiting, we had a nice chat. I highly recommend this dealership all employees are professional, helpful and friendly!
Check engine light came on, called was able to get an appointment next morning. Called and was told no problem to drop my car off day before appointment by Vincent. While dropping off requested oil change. Got a call a few hours later car was done! Check engine light resolved oil changed completed!

Vincent was very personable and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Faster than an express lube place but with qualified Kia Technicians. I barely had time to finish my complimentary coffee. 😁
Great service all around! Loaner car available at the last minute when i needed to drop my car off for an urgent matter. Oil changes quick, tire rotation and alignment done efficiently! couldn’t be happier with Manahawkin Kia.
