  When life throws unexpected challenges, it's the kind gestures and professionalism of businesses like Barlow Buick GMC that truly make a difference. I recently found myself in a tricky situation with a flat tire, and a lock nut that no other tire company could handle. With a critical event looming ahead, I was referred to Allyson at Barlow's dealership. To say she was a lifesaver would be an understatement. She promptly accommodated my urgent need, demonstrating genuine concern and empathy.
  
  But the true marvel was Gerry, the technician. Even when faced with a peculiar lock nut situation where the usual keys didn't work, he showed commendable determination and innovation. Refusing to give up, he ingeniously found an alternative method to get the lug nuts off. In less than 30 minutes, I was back on the road, deeply grateful for their swift and expert assistance.
  
  In an era where customer service often falls by the wayside, Barlow Buick GMC shines brightly as a beacon of dedication, skill, and genuine care. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, Allyson, Gerry, and the entire team!

  Amanda, the service writer, was extremely helpful and informative regarding the repair and warrantee of my vehicle. The mechanic did a great job on the repair. A loaner car was available for use and greatly appreciated. It was a very distant dealership for my home location, but worth the trip. Thank you.

  I can highly recommend Barlow GMC & Buick of Manahawkinas as a repeat customer over the years, and now my daughter who recently had to purchased her 1st car after an accident, I've found everyone over the years from our very 1st salesman, Jim, to now Jamie, Sean, Zack, and GM Liz & her finance staff & Allyson and all their service technicians, to not only to be honest & friendly, but always knowledgeable and professional. I've experienced not only from purchasing, but to unexpected repairs, routine oil changes & maintenance my experience to be time & time again consistently excellent!

  I needed an oil change, tire rotation and front and back brakes. Amanda and Ashley were fantastic, both were very friendly and super helpful. They called with all pricing upfront and gave me affordable options to choose from. I always have a great experience at Barlow whenever I need help with my 2017 GMC Terrain.

  We stopped in on a Saturday before dinner reservations to check on a brand new trade in they recieved. Salesman Eric greeted us and pulled the Yukon XL Denali upfront for us. We decided to come back on Mon for a full review and test drive of the SUV.
  
  Monday the truck was ready for a test drive and we loved it. Sat with Eric and went over some #s, we were very pleased that they were willing to work with us. Within 2 hrs we had test driven the vehicle, traded in our vehicle and made what we felt was a great deal and signed. Mark (one of the managers) was very helpful. There were some recalls that still needed to be addressed since the Yukon was a certified pre-owned.
  
  We will receive delivery of the vehicle by Thurs, as long as all the items listed were addressed and corrected when we pick up the SUV, it's a 5 🌟 and they definitely gained new customers moving forward.
