(July 26, 2023, 1:43 pm)We worked with Dr. Ruter seeking a second opinion for some not so promising news of our beloved black lab, Bella. Dr. Ruter, Jade, Carol, and team made this incredibly difficult process bearable and Bella was given the love and care she deserved! If you are looking for kindness, compassion, and great care, this is the place. Although we inevitably lost Bella due to an illness, we were beautifully guided through the process and Dr. Ruter made Bella so comfortable, to the point that when she passed, she passed with dignity.
Thank you a million times over to the entire practice. In a world that feels rushed, you gave us the time to process everything and gave us great closure. Much gratitude.
We look forward to working with your practice in the future. -

Dr. Rutter assured us she would determine what was the cause of our DeDe's issue and literally saved her life. Top notch care and they truly love each and every pet they see.
