(August 29, 2023, 9:57 am)We have been going to Animal Medical Center ever since we adopted our 10 year old dog Tucker and our 8 year old cat Sulley (and many years prior with our cat Stripes), and we have always received great veterinary care. During an incredibly challenging time due to a death in our family, our dog Tucker started exhibiting symptoms that were out of the ordinary.
When we called to make an appointment, the office staff, who are so welcoming, scheduled us in that same day. Upon arrival, Tucker was greeted by his buddy Ken, AMC’s veterinary nurse, who always takes good care of Tucker.
We saw Dr. Ashley Klein, who was amazing! She was so kind and compassionate while listening to us explain Tucker’s recent odd behavior and understanding of our concerns about us having to go out of town and board Tucker while exhibiting these symptoms. Dr. Klein gave Tucker a thorough examination, explaining her professional observations in detail, which put our minds at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure Tucker received the best possible treatment and support and that we were comfortable having to leave Tucker for a few days. We can’t tell you how grateful we are with the exceptional care and dedication Dr. Klein showed towards Tucker. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Klein and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a top-notch veterinarian to treat your furry family member. -

(August 26, 2023, 3:00 pm)Amazing staff - shoutout to Dr. Hartz, Dr. Truitt, and the vet assistants (especially Casey) 👏 for supporting my dog Ripley over some scary moments. They are incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive and I seriously wouldn't consider any other vet for your pet's needs!

(August 13, 2023, 9:47 am)We had a scary emergency situation with our two cats. We were calling all the local vets and no one was able to fit us in. I found Animal Medical Center and they found a way to squeeze both of our cats in within an hour of me calling them. The receptionists were welcoming and kind and the vet’s assistant was super helpful as well. We saw Dr. Klein and she was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, caring, funny, and just an overall wonderful vet. She helped us feel much better about our scary situation and provided great care to our cats. We will definitely be back for wellness exams and I would recommend Dr. Klein to anyone in the area who is looking for a great vet!
