My PT. Hannah’s compassion, patience and resilience allows you to work out in a comfortable environment, free from any judgement. She goes out her way to address any problems/workout points and works at a pace where you are challenged yet comfortable.
I recommend Hannah to anyone whose looking to work out. You won’t regret it. You leave her class not only glowing but also feeling empowered. -

I’ve had the honor to sign up with the trainer Hannah and she is amazing. I’ve learned so much from her and now I’m super motivated to go to this gym everyday!! 10/10 recommended!!!!!!

(January 20, 2023, 12:08 pm)Leaving a review for trainer Miss LISA at the Valley Stream location. She is one of the best experiences I’ve had to date with personal trainer. Our sessions have been highly effective and it does feel very custom to my abilities and goals. Each session is enjoyable and challenging with new strategic routines. Her group classes are energetic and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment. Lisa’s positive attitude and her genuine interest is very encouraging. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a healthy and effective approach to exercise.
