  I signed up after a few years of inactivity, and the place is almost as I remember it. I was sad to see they removed the heavy bag, but they've added extra equipment in its place. The facility is as clean as always, bathrooms are spotless. My only complaint is that there's no scale to weigh myself. Other than that, I'm seeing more kids in groups of 4 or more working out together. I'm glad to see our youth take an interest in fitness, but 4 or more on a piece of equipment is counterproductive, in my opinion. All in all, you can't beat what this gym offers for the price of membership.

  First time here and it is a very nice gym. The lovely lady at the counter was extremely welcoming. Good vibe all around

  The gym is large enough. Usually at 5:30-6 AM you do not have to wait long, if at all, to use a machine or a bench. There is a large selection of machines. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Older crowd comes in the early AM and younger in the late afternoon.
  
  I feel that over the past year both my strength and health have improved.
