  There really is no place like Lorry's. Bill (owner) was so incredibly accommodating to us. We caught a flat tire a mile from the bridge to LBI interfering with our check in time and Bill's only concern was our safety and making sure our trip was amazing. Upon arrival to a beautifully clean room Bill personally checked in on us to make sure we were okay, and even asked if there was anything he could do to make the trip better. I had mentioned it was my boyfriends Birthday and they left a beautiful celebratory spread on the bed for us. Every employee also greeted us with a smile and kind words every time we passed by. If you're looking for a place that's going to treat you like family and look out for your safety and well being on vacation, please choose Lorry's. They provided the BEST customer service and hospitality we could ask for and with amazing prices at that. We will 110% be returning to Lorry's. Bill and staff- if you see this... Thank you for making our vacation amazing despite all the stressors in our way! You guys are AWESOME and we can't wait to come back next year. We feel blessed to have found this gem of a place! Another heaven on earth if you will. Choose Lorry's for your next trip down to LBI you will not be disappointed. Thank you again to Bill and the staff!!!!

  I came from Egypt to spend a vacation, and Lorry's Island End Motel was a real hidden gym, the owner Bill is so nice and so friendly, the motel is perfect to stay while enjoying the island, and there are some real nice amenities to enjoy.
  Loved the place and wished I could stay for longer, Thank you.
  Highly recommend, with a great price value👍

  From the moment we stepped into Lorry's Motel, we knew we were in for a treat. The beautiful courtyard with accessible tables and grills gave the place a homey feel that immediately put us at ease. We met with the owner, Bill, who rented us his immaculate 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house. The house was beautifully decorated with a coastal theme, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were thrilled to find that the house was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen, plush beds, and 5 large flat-screen TVs, one for each bedroom and the living room.
  
  The exceptional customer service provided by Bill and his staff was a standout feature of our stay. Bill's responsiveness and availability were impressive - he was always just a phone call away and consistently made himself available to answer any questions we had. His staff also took great care of us during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful at night, which ensured we got a good night's sleep and woke up refreshed for a day of fun. The proximity of the beach, just a short stroll away, was another major plus.
  
  Overall, we had an amazing experience at Lorry's Motel. The price was reasonable and affordable, and the level of comfort and convenience was unparalleled. We were also impressed by how exceptionally clean the house was - every nook and cranny was spotless, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Lorry’s Motel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation by the shore.

  My experience at Lorry’s Motel was nothing short of exceptional. From the beautifully decorated courtyard to the dependable and friendly staff, everything about this place exudes warmth and hospitality. Whenever we needed to be in touch with someone, there was always a helpful and attentive staff member who we could count on. The owner Bill is a kindhearted man who rented us his beach house across from Lorry's Motel.
  
  Speaking of the house, it was simply delightful. Clean, cozy, and homey, it felt like a true home away from home. Whether we were lounging in the spacious living room or cooking up a meal in the well-appointed kitchen, we felt completely at ease and comfortable.
  
  But what really sets this seasonal rental apart is the sense of community that permeates the entire property. From the friendly neighbors to the welcoming staff, everyone here is dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Whether you're here for a weekend or an extended stay, you'll feel like a part of a big, happy family.
  
  All in all, I would highly recommend Lorry’s Motel to anyone looking for a warm and inviting place to stay. With its beautiful decor, dependable staff, and strong sense of community, it's the perfect choice for anyone who wants to experience the best that Long Beach Island has to offer.

  Lorry’s is very affordable for the LBI and we love the location and amenities. The free beach badges, coffee and bagel breakfast, free bikes all added to our experience, fun , affordability and ease of travel (we did bring bikes for our kids but my husband and I did fine with the free bikes). The full fridge and courtyard with covered a covered pavilion with tables and multiple grills allowed us feed ourselves and have a comfortable outdoor place to sit and enjoy ourselves- even in the rain. There are some great local caught fish markets in Beach Haven. The rooms are nothing fancy, but they do the job. It’s a block to a beautiful, quiet beach and right on the bike trail. Our family enjoyed biking into Beach Haven to visit the water park, take surf lessons and enjoy delicious crepes and the ease of walking to and from the beach with our gear. We are headed back for our third summer this year.
