(August 28, 2023, 11:33 am)The rooms are nice enough--queen bed, kitchenette & small couch/tv area (I think the couch has a pull-out bed), and a typical bathroom with shower or tub. But in all honesty, you're not coming to LBI for swanky accommodations, you're coming for the beach. This place is about as close as you can get to it (about 50 yards from the Pearl Street beach pavilion), while also being a short walk to restaurants and shops on the main drag. Overall, a good home base for your week at the beach.

(June 29, 2023, 8:20 pm)My wife & I stayed in the cottages and our older daughters stayed in the Victoria Guest House over Father’s Day weekend. Rooms were clean, updated and really nice. It’s a GREAT location and Mellisa who helped us book the reservations was so nice and extremely helpful. Great place!!

(October 3, 2021, 6:49 pm)Units are small condos. Can fit 4 people but would be more comfortable with 2. Fuĺly equipped kitchen. Very good restaurant 2 minute walk from complex, also 2 minutes to the beach.
