  The first time I ordered a full rack from Long Shot BBQ, I was disappointed. The last four or five small ribs were dry and stringy - badly overcooked. I decided to give them another shot (so to speak) and am glad I did. The second order of a full rack was perfectly cooked, and all ribs are juicy. I'm knocking off one star for what may be inconsistency.
  
  I'm also delighted with their eco-friendly packaging. No unnecessary plastic or styrofoam (except a useless plastic fork). The ribs are wrapped in HD foil and the whole thing neatly packaged in two brown paper grocery bags. I'll definitely order again.

  🤤 This was easily some of the best barbeque I've ever had. I got the 2 meat platter with pulled pork and a smoked sausage. The pulled pork was flavorful and so tender. Easily the most tender pulled pork I've ever had but it wasn't wet. It was cooked PERFECTLY! The smoked sausage was also absolutely amazing. Jalapeno and cheddar made in house. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The corn bread and Mac and cheese were just ok. As I was pulling out of the parking lot it dawned one that I should have got some pork and smoked sausages to go. For later. Or to eat on the ride home. Don't judge me.
